House in Wrexham, Great Britain and use of second home in Beverley

We have a home outside Wrexham which is a comfortable family home with 2 reception rooms, Shower and toilet and kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom/toilet on the 1st floor. There is a mature well stocked garden with outside living space to the rear.
We are located 7km from Wrexham and 15km from the historic city of Chester. There are good local bus and train services and we are within easy reach of the national motorway network. The cities of Liverpool and Manchester are within 1 hour's travel and the North Wales countryside begins outside our door. There is much to see and do including many National Trust sites, the North Wales coast and Anglesey or the Snowdonia National Park.
Our second home is in Beverley, East Yorkshire which is a 3 storey town house situated directly opposite the historic Minster. There is an entrance hall and 3rd bedroom on the ground floor a living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Our photos of each house are marked with Beverley or Wrexham. Beverley is a historic market town and the county town of East Yorkshire. It has many old buildings and is a popular tourist destination with markets, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The city of Hull with it's rich maritime history is 15km to the south and York with it's many attractions is 50km to the west. The North Yorkshire Moors and East Yorkshire coast are less than an hour away by road. .
As experienced exchangers we have compiled detailed information packs for each location together with brochures and/or details of local activities. In addition we have family on hand in both locations to help out if required. The 2 properties offer different but equally enjoyable experiences and have much to interest the visitor.

Alison's 2 children both live in the Wrexham area and Charles' 3 children all live in or near Beverley. There is family on hand at both locations to help out if required

Lebensstil

We both enjoy outdoor activities particularly walking and cycling and enjoy visiting new locations. We are equally at home in the countryside as in towns or cities and welcome the opportunity to do both when travelling abroad.
