A beautifull appartment with view over the river, located at walking distance of Nijmegens old City centre.
A newly constructed appartment (2017) located at a 5 minutes walking distance from Nijmegens old city centre.
The wide view over the Waalhaven and the Waal river is extraordinary. The trainstation is just 10 minutes away by foot.
The appartment contains two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with a 1 person sofa bed) and a big kitchen/living.
Apart from that there is a private terrace and a shared courtyard.
On the ground floor there are many nice restaurants and with the city centre so close by its easy to enjoy yourselfs.
The beautifull Ooijpolder is in a walking distance where you have the chance to hike of cycle between the wild cows and horses. Close to the German border.
Open for home exchange during indicated time. And also open for weekend exchange.
