We refurbished flat at 2010 with all amenities, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, dining room and bedroom tv, video, dvd, wii , acondition air, garage.... The house is 5 minutes of foot from the Jardines del Rio, 5 minutes on foot Gulliver Park , 15 minutes on foot from the City of Arts, 15 minutes on foot from downtown, 5 minutes on foot restaurant area and 5 minutes by car to the beach. We have car parking space big.
