The natural "Dreisam": only 2 km from the middle of Freiburg: a grey heron by fishing River Dreisam: Stone "bathtubs" 2 km from the middle of FR River Dreisam with clean water Kitchen unit with dishwasher. Parents room with balcony. Kitchen-living-room with a free view over the Schwarzwald landscape. Modern Kitchenunit. The entrance-door to our flat (nice neighbours inklusive). Interior courtyard.

Summer 2020 is booked. 2021 we prefer Kopenhagen or Amsterdam. 7 - 14 days

Freiburg have a very good public transport with tram and bus deep into the night! In Freiburg you don´t need a car! And we have several bikes for every age for you: look at the foto!
- City 3,5 km / tram 13 min (time lag 7min. !) / bicycle 15 min.:
- Concerthouse, theatre, cinemas, museums
- Planetarium 3,5 km
- Historical old town 3,5 km
- Little zoo Mundenhof (Bicycle:9 km/35 min. / Tram+bus:42 min. / Car:10km
- "Seepark" with pedal-boats, minigolf and possibility to swim.
(6 km by bicicle or with the tram 25 min.)
- Public swimmming pools:
- Strandbad (7,5 km / 25 min. with bicycle along the river dreisam.)
- Schwimmbad St. Georgen: (1,5 km by foot or bicycle.)

- Take a bath in the little clean river Dreisam (3,0 - 6,0 km by foot or bicycle)

Our district:
We live in the "Quartier Vauban" (5000 inhabitans), its the southest part of Freiburg. This district gets 1996 the price "Best Practice Projekt" from the UNO-habitat II-conference in Instanbul for his civic participation and the ecological town planning concept.
The hole Quartier has an reduced car-traffic, half of the streets are car-rare (Spielstraßen), were kids are allowed to play. In the Quartier are 5 green spaces with a lot of offers to play. In the south of the Quartier Vauban is a creek, a playground for children and a local recreation area.
