This house is located in the center of Brest, on a very quiet street with little traffic. It is comfortable, and we take particular care with its upkeep and decoration. The small courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

We make our home available to travelers who, like us, appreciate staying in comfortable surroundings.

The first floor comprises a living room with a large, bright open-plan kitchen overlooking the courtyard, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, and a toilet.
The second floor comprises a bedroom (160 cm bed), a children’s bedroom, a bathroom (with bath/shower), and a toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find a large garage and an independent studio apartment (sofa bed, kitchenette, shower, desk).

The house is close to all amenities, 500 m from the tramway and 1 km from the port.

It is located on a quiet residential street.
