Shop nearby (bakery, fish market, tobacco, newsagent, Post office, supermarkets...) and transport to city center (15 mins by bus). Next to the Parc Bordelais (green and wooded spaces, playground ...).

Apartment of 110 m2 (110 sqm) with three bedrooms :
- 1 double bed
- 1 bed 120 cm
- 1 single bed + one mattress which can be used on the mezzanine...or on the floor
Air beds if needed :)

A shower-room, 2 toilets.
A piano and guitars, internet/wifi but no TV!

Additionally, on the ground floor there is another bedroom, which looks like a small studio (the ceiling is low; only 2 meters high!), with a single bed, toilet and shower. This room is independent of the apartment and you have to go down the stairs in the communal areas to access it...in short, it's just perfect for our teenager 😊!

Small garden on the ground floor (40 m2-sqm), bikes available (3 adults, 1-11 year old child).

To see: BORDEAUX, UNESCO world heritage !!
And a little farther (within one hour's drive): Atlantic beaches, Bassin d'Arcachon, vineyards and wineries (Médoc, Saint Emilion), citadelle de Blaye…

Appartement de ville, proche des commerces et des transports, Parc Bordelais (espace boisé, jeux, animaux...). Plages océanes à 1h (Lacanau ou Arcachon), vignobles...et Bordeaux patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco (15 min du centre ville en bus).

Appartement de 110 m2, trois chambres (1 lit en 140 dans l'une, 1 lit en 120, 1 lit en 90 + 1 matelas en 90 qui peut être placé sur la mezzanine ou laissé à terre + matelas pneumatiques d'appoint...
Une salle d'eau, 2 WC.
Un piano et des guitares, wifi / internet ...mais pas de télé !

De plus, au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une autre chambre, qui ressemble à un petit studio (le plafond est bas ; seulement 2 mètres de haut 📏), avec un lit en 90, des toilettes et une douche. Cette chambre est indépendante de l'appartement et il faut descendre les escaliers des parties communes pour y accéder...bref, c'est juste parfait pour notre ado 😊 !

Jardin de 40 m2 (possibilité de manger dehors), vélos à disposition (3 adultes, 2 vélos de course).
