Helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage in der Stadt Salzburg | Bright Flat in Salzburg-City, quiet location

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Salzburg. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Möglichkeiten für schöne Spaziergänge oder sogar Wanderungen auf den nahe gelegenen Stadtbergen. Die Gegend ist verkehrsberuhigt und es gibt direkt vor dem Haus und in unmittelbarer Umgebung zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar, entweder 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß oder ca 10 Minuten mit Bus oder Bahn.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche und 2 Badezimmern. Der große Balkon liegt westlich und bietet genug Platz um die Abendsonne zu genießen.

Our flat is located in a quiet part of the city Salzburg. In the vicinity there are several possibilties to go for a walk or even hiking on one of the near mountains. In the area there is not much traffic and there are numerous playgrounds for kids nearby.

You can reach the city center either by bus / train in about 10 minutes or even by foot in 20-30 minutes.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The spaceous balcony face towards west and invites to enjoy the evening sun.
