Our house was built around 1900 but fully renovated. The garden, 120m2, is south-facing with a lot of privacy.
The house is about 210m2 and has 3 levels.
Groundfloor: kitchen, dining room, reading room, garden
Mezzanine: 1st bedroom, small bathroom
1st floor: music room, violin room, tv-room
2nd floor: 2nd living room, main bathroom, 2nd bed room
It's located close to the heart of the city (10' by tramway and bike), facing a beautiful park with a playground and at 500m there is a swimming pond, a natural swimming pool.
There are three bikes available.

c'était il y a longtemps mais c'est un excellent souvenir. Le parc juste en face, la station de vélos de location tout près. On a beaucoup marché et circulé à bicyclette (Anvers est idéale pour cela : plat et pistes cyclables partout ) On a utilisé notre voiture une fois en 2 semaines, pour aller au supermarché à 2kms. La maison était très agréable à vivre. Très bon échange.
Nous avons échangé avec des Belges très sympathique. Belle maison au pied du Tramway , à 20 minutes du centre ville d'Anvers Anvers très grande ville qui vaut le détour
Notre séjour à Antwerpen, dans la maison de Saïda et Niels a été très agréable. Leur maison, située face à un parc, est grande et accueillante et dispose d'un jardin avec terrasse. La station de tramway proche facilite les déplacements et l'accès au centre historique de la ville. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et les conseils de Saïda et Niels, lors de nos échanges par mal ou sms.
