Charming apartment in the heart of Paris - Olympics exchange welcome !
Nice apartment in the 11th district with a bedroom, a living room and an guesroom/office. Located in a typical building of the beginning of the 20th century, the apartment was redone 10 years ago. It is well insulated from noise and quite cool in summer but like most parisian buildings there is no air-conditioning and the nice wooden floor creaks a bit.
The district is very pleasant and very practical for visiting Paris because it is central and accessible for walks or metro rides. Around the house there are many restaurants, cafes and shops and a very lively nightlife.
Perfect for the Olympics, you're in the heart of the omypic city, but away from the fan zones and sport venues.

About Our Family
We are Pierre and Charlotte, a couple in their thirties and we have been living there for 10 years. We both work in documentary cinema and we like to discover places by spending time there or staying elsewhere to work on our projects.
Lifestyle
We work at home and we take care of our house so that it is welcoming and cozy as well as clean and functional. However, we are only tenants of the apartment (with our lanlord agreement for exchange) and it is an old building. We prefer to warn in advance travelers who prefer quite new environments and who could be disappointed.
