Family friendly house in Leuven, near railway station

Family-friendly house close to Leuven railway station.

Our street is car-free, with children playing outside in summer. The groundfloor has a kitchen, eating and living space, an entry hall and a toilet. There is also a small garden, or rather a terrace. The first floor features an open play area, a master bedroom, a balcony, a toilet and a shower. The second floor has two children bedrooms (four beds in total), a bathroom and a 2-person sleeping couch. A curtain can be drawn to make a sort of room around it. There is also a basement and garage, where our bicycles are stalled.

Our house is modern, spacious and well organized. The kitchen is equiped with a.o. a gas stove, copper pots and pans, a high-speed blender, a slow juicer, a dishwasher and a large fridge. There are toys, games and puzzles for children from 2 to 10 yo, some of which are stored in the basement. Giant Duplo railway tracks can be built in the open play area on the first floor. There are some board games for adults as well. The living room features a piano and a beamer for watching movies. There is a washing machine. Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided. (This seems obvious, but we're new here and would rather be clear).
