Our house is situated in Sleidinge, a village at a distance of 12 km from GHENT, 35 km from BRUGES, 45 km from ANTWERP and at 55 km from BRUSSELS, all of them beautiful historic cities of Flanders.
40 km of nice sandy beaches of the Belgian and Dutch coast.
The house is surrounded by a garden with a sunny terrace and a barbecue .

Notre maison est située à SLEIDINGE, un village à 12 km de GAND, 35 km de BRUGES, 45 km d’ANVERS et à 55 km de BRUXELLES, toutes de merveilleuses villes historiques de la Flandre.
On est à 40 km des plages de sable de la côte belge et hollandaise.
La maison est entourée d’un grand jardin avec une terrasse ensoleillée,et un barbecue.

OUR HOUSE

Our house has 3 bedrooms with a double bed., a bathroom with both shower and bath, a livingroom with fireplace, hi-fi set, television and DVD, a spacious comfortable kitchen provided with all the modern comfort.

NOTRE MAISON

Notre maison compte 3 chambres à coucher avec un lit double dans chacune, une salle de bains avec bain et douche, un séjour avec feu ouvert, chaîne stéréo, une télévision avec DVD, une cuisine spacieuse et confortable.
 

SURROUNDING AREA

Our neighbourhood is quiet and nice. The neighbours are helpful.
Shops are closeby. Friday is marketday in the villagecenter.
At 4 km you can find a wood. There are lots of possibilities to walk, to ride on bicycle. At 10 km there are two swimmingpools.
The station at 5 minutes walk, the tram at 6 km. It’s an ideal transport to Ghent especially during its summerfestivities ( 10 days at about the 21st of July)

LE VOISINAGE

Les environs de la maison sont tranquilles, ruraux et jolis. Les voisins sont sympathiques. On trouve toutes sortes de magasins à proximité. Le jour de marché est le vendredi.
Il y a un bois à 4 km, de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, de vélo. A dix kilomètres se trouvent deux piscines.
La gare est à 5 minutes de marche de la maison. Le tram à 5 km. Moyen de transport idéal pour visiter la ville de Gand ou pour participer à sa fête estivale ( 10 jours aux environs du 21 juillet )
