Large apartment in Central Barcelona with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, WC, terrace room and a terrace. Well equipped. Air conditioning. Plenty of books… and records! We also have a parking near at home. Perfect for exploring the city, very well connected! We travel with our two daughters: 15 and 12. Now looking for long weekends exchanges in autumn / spring in Europe + summer holidays 2026

The apartment is located in Passeig Sant Joan, a nice avenue with kids areas. Five minutes walking to nearest tubest station (Verdaguer or Joanic). Just two blocks from Gracia neighborhood. Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gràcia are just 10 minutes away by walking. Many supermarkets, markets, nice small shops and cinemas around the area
El piso está ubicado en el Passeig de Sant Joan, un agradable paseo con un parque infantil y de juegos. A cinco minutos andando del metro (parada Verdaguer o Joanic). Everything as expected in an area that was perfect for us. Great public transport very close. A very large apartment with loads of space so very suitable I would have thought for a large family. The hosts absolutely super - great communication and even took us to the airport when leaving.
One week child exchange Our son came back delighted. It was a pleasure to have their daughter with us. Very nice flat in great place Excellent communication with this lovely family We highly recommend.
Beautiful home and very close to everything
Very nice and easy-going family! Good presentation on the listing page, except for their daugthers beds, which are not good for a person almost 2,00m tall !
