We would like an exchange to visit New York for 3 adults in spring 2026.
Molins de Rei is the ideal place to visit the city of Barcelona and its surroundings, as well as to enjoy the tranquillity at the same time. It is very well connected by road and public transport. The center of Barcelona is 20 minutes away (Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, Park Güell, Port Olimpic, etc...).
There are beaches and coastal towns (Barceloneta, Castelldefels, Vilanova, Sitges) a few km away.
We are also very close to the mountain of Montserrat and other beautiful natural landscapes.
The house is in the upper part of the village, 10 minutes from the train station.
The flat has 92 m2 and consists of two floors; on the first floor there is the big bedroom (10 m2) with a double bed (2m x 1,50m), another big bedroom (9,5m2) with a trundle bed, two bathrooms, my office, the kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer...), the living room and a balcony (8 m2).
On the first floor, there is a large private terrace (64 m2) (our favourite place in the house!).
We have a large parking space (15 m2) in the same building.
By car you can visit - in a journey of just over 1 hour - the Costa Brava (Cadaqués, Empúries, Tossa de Mar, Dalí Museum in Figueres, Besalú ...), and charming cities such as Girona, Tarragona, among others.

Molins de Rei is a quiet town with good restaurants and shops of all kinds.
Our house is in the upper part of the town, enjoying excellent views and plenty of peace and quiet.
From Molins de Rei, you can easily reach Barcelona by train or bus.

Es war ein eindrucksvoller Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung nahe Barcelona.
Matrimonio estupendo, muy atentos y agradables. No dudéis en hacer intercambio con ellos, tienen una casa estupenda donde nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa es tal cual en las fotos de la página incluso más bonita por las flores tan preciosas que tienen en ella. Miy agusto la verdad. Y muy cerca de playa y Barcelona, Sitges.... No lo dudéis.

Lovely exchange partners! Everything went as planned, beautiful flat with gorgeous roof terrace and pool. Good connections to public transport. Our house was left in perfect condition and as agreed.
