A nice house in Brittany, very closed to Rennes in western France.
Our house is very closed to Rennes, in a very quite place of the country side. Rennes is the regional capital city of Brittany.and is situated in the center of this region. Brittany is a marvellous place with a very beautiful coast and lovely towns and monuments.
The house is a modern one with all equipments, a garden and four bedrooms. The neighbours are very pleasant.

Über die Umgebung
We live in an area of small houses surrounded by gardens and away from major traffic routes. We have very pleasant neighbors with whom we have a small neighbourhood party every year.
It is possible to take a long walk in the surrounding countryside. The small town where we are located has all the amenities which are very easy to reach. There is a supermarket 3 minutes drive away.
The town has a nice park. There is a river that runs along it and it is possible to walk along it.
The town is called Noyal-Châtillon-sur-Seiche. It is located 10 minutes by car from Rennes. Rennes has a metro line that leads into the center. It has a historical district famous for its 17th century architecture which is worth visiting. It was for a long time the capital of Brittany. Its park called the Thabor is registered in the French national heritage. You can admire an exceptional collection of roses and have a drink or lunch in its outdoor cafeteria under beautiful trees.
Saint-Malo and Dinard are about 1 hour's drive from the house. The Mont Saint-Michel is a little further away. In addition, many beautiful cities are close by. Beyond that, all Brittany is beautiful.
Nous habitons dans un quartier de petites maisons entourées de jardins et à l'écart des grands axes de circulation. Nous avons des voisins très agréables avec lesquels nous faisons tous les ans une petite fête de quartier.
Il est possible de se promener longuement dans la campagne tout autour. La petite ville où nous sommes situés possède toutes les commodités qui sont très faciles d'accès. Il y a un supermarché à trois minutes en voiture.
La ville possède un joli parc. Une rivière y passe le long de laquelle il est possible de marcher.
Cette ville s'appelle Noyal-Châtillon-sur-Seiche. Elle se situe à dix minutes de Rennes en voiture. Rennes possède une ligne de métro qui amène dans le centre. Elle possède un quartier historique célèbre pour son architecture du XVIIe siècle qui mérite d'être visité. Elle a été longtemps la capitale de la Bretagne. Son parc appelé le Thabor est inscrit au patrimoine national français. On peut y admirer une collection exceptionnelle de rosiers et prendre une boisson ou déjeuner à sa cafétéria en plein air sous de beaux arbres.
Saint-Malo et Dinard sont à environ une heure de route de la maison. Le mont Saint-Michel est un peu plus loin. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses jolies villes sont proches. Au delà, toute la Bretagne est magnifique.

We are a teaching couple, she in the arts and he in history. We both work in Rennes. We love our region and especially its seaside where we often go for walks. We are always very happy to show our beautiful region to foreign friends.
For a long time we have been spending our vacations visiting the countries neighbouring France. We like to discover the landscapes, the cities as well as the works in the museums.
We also like to meet people from other countries and exchange with them. Some of them have since become friends.

Nous sommes un couple d'enseignants, elle dans les arts et lui en histoire. Nous travaillons tous les deux à Rennes. Nous aimons beaucoup notre région et notamment son bord de mer où nous allons souvent nous promener. Nous sommes toujours très heureux de montrer notre belle région aux amis étrangers.
Nous consacrons depuis longtemps nos vacances à visiter les pays voisins de la France. Nous aimons découvrir aussi bien les paysages, les villes que les œuvres dans les musées.
Nous aimons aussi rencontrer les personnes d'autres pays et échanger avec eux. Certaines sont, depuis, devenues des amis.
