House in center of Lille, France
For 2025 we are looking for an exchange in Spain. We will be in the South of Spain between July 25th and August 8th and we are looking for an exchange on the way if possible. Our house in Lille is available any time in July and August and our partment in Paris available between March 1st and Mid July and from Mid August onwards
For April, we are open to any exchange (we have two weeks holidays)
Hello, we are a couple with two daugthers aged 9 and 11 and we have enjoyed very much our last intervac exchanges.
We have done quite some house exchange in the past and moved to Lille 9 years ago. We have done a lot of refurbishment / improvement to our house and now we feel it is ready for house exchange. It is approximately 150 m2 with a small garden in the center of Lille (we always walk for any shopping).
We are also walking distance from the train station which takes you in 1 hour to Paris, so you can do a lot of day trips there, and 30 minutes to Brussels, so very convenient. During our previous house exchange, our guests went also to Brussels, or Disneyland (it is direct by train : the train leaves you at the entrance of the Disney park so it is ideal for day trips)
The house offers 4 bedrooms (one is currently used as an office) and plenty of additional sleeping capacity if you need.. up to 9 persons can have beds or sofa beds !
It has all modern facility : dishwasher, washing machine, internet access, large TV and a lot of toys !!
Lille is a large city with a lot of Entertainment in it and also nearby. Seaside is just over an hour, Paris and Brussels within daily trips. We also recommend strongly some belgium cities such as Bruges, Anvers (Antwerpen) and Gand (Gent) just 30 minutes from Lille, which we have enjoyed very much.
We can also offer our appartment in Paris (métro Mairie d'Issy) which is a 2 room flat (sleeping capacity up to 4) which is a few metro stops from Eiffel tower. The appartment is on the 3rd floor (ino elevator) in a quiet street, parrallel to a very lively one with all the fun of Paris. The appartment is currently being refurbished and I will soon have some pictures. The appartment is currently not available but we could organize a non simultaneous exchange or direct exchange for 2025

Denne lejlighed ligger lige i udkanten af Paris i et dejligt område fint m butikker og restauranter en bager lige om hjørnet. 5 min til metro og tog dog stadig i en dejlig stille gade. Vi vil bestem anbefale denne til andre der skal til Paris. udlejer har været god til at kommunikere og vi glæder os til at byde dem velkommen i vores hus.
