quiet apartment bordering the city center
My easily accessible house with a view is situated in a nice part of Amsterdam East, bordering the city center. Near trainstation Muiderpoort, the Eastern Parc, the Zoo and the Tropical Museum. At the end of the street you can shop on the Dappermarkt, a very 'Amsterdamish' market, for 6 days a week. In the area a wide choice of restaurants and shops.
On a bike you can easily reach the borders of the former Southern sea and the lovely ancient Dutch water landscape. Opposite the street you can rent an electric boat to roam the canals. Tram 14 will take you to chinatown/red light district/the jewish quarter in 8 min. You can walk or cycle to a lovely variety of musea, theaters and beautiful canals; all within a range of 1 to 5 km.
Mostly I swap on my own or with 2; with my love, my daughter or a friend.
I love historic places, the sea, art, poetry, the stillness of nature. Love taking care of animals, roaming about and wondering. We welcome all offers.
PS: We sometimes swap within our private circle; like we did in April '25. A couple enjoyed their grandson in Amsterdam and we roamed Rome for 2,5 weeks. A lovely experience for all of us.

Comfortabel appartement in een warme en gezellige buurt in Amsterdam, niet zo ver met tram van centrum. Dicht bij winkels en tram. Zeer fijn communiceren met Inge. Warme dame die me heel behulpzaam was in de voorbereiding. En zeer welkom ontvangen ter plekke door haar dochter. Het was een heel fijne ervaring.
We recommend this lovely organized, open and tidy 'plant-house' with romantic sunny garden and a sweet 'shy' cat. On walking distance from the historic center of Brugge and near the train station from where you can explore more of Belgium, like Gent or one of the flemish costal towns. Evi is pleasant communicator.
Hidden within the remains of the mediaeval walls and gates of Bologna, situated on a small quiet street - with all of the city within walking distance - lies a lovely apartment with a top floor like a glass lookout tower that gives you a circular view over the city and the hills. The communication with Gabriele and Adriana was perfect.
We have such a wonderful time in Amsterdam. Inge’s house has a very good position to reach the city center and it’s a very cozy. She had many beautiful fresh flowers waiting for us. I highly recommend exchanging with Inge. Extremely reliable.
