House in ZABRZE, Poland
We prefer exchange homes with non smoking families with children / teenagers apart from that we have no other objections. We are dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced home exchangers, who can take good care of your home, moreover we would leave our home prepared for visitors.
The ground floor contains living room, kitchen bathroom, small room (with computer) with overlook to the garden. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, electric 4-burner cooker, big fridge, oven, coffee machine and lots of kitchenware.
The TV room has comfortable lounges and DVD, all around is free wi-fi which you are welcome to use. At the end of the active day and coming back to our home you can have a nice glass of red wine in front of the fire place for warming up or sauna.
The outdoor terrace is situated on the south/west of the house where you can sit and enjoy the view, eat meals, read a book, enjoy the views flowers, a birdlife and generally the garden around the house. In the summer it is nice to have a lunch outside, table, chairs, everything you may need is available.
Finally, if you decide, we can exchange a car at the airport of arrival (garage available).
Our sons – Paul is an IT engineer (32), and Peter (30), who is a medical doctor, they are interested in water sports, IT and medicine.

Zabrze has about 140 thousands of inhabitants and offers a lot of nice pubs and few good restaurants. In addition the town is located In close proximity to the main express roads and highways connecting West with East and South with North of Poland.

Firstly our location is in close proximity to the airport in Katowice (20’) and Kraków (eng. Cracow) (1h). There are new highways, which u can use to get from both of airports to our location. You can easily visit the main biggest cities in Poland like Katowice (20 minutes drive), Cracow (1 hour drive), Oświęcim (eng. Auschwitz) and Wrocław (eng.Breslau) (1,5 hour drive).
Underground Rafting on the Luiza in Zabrze - an amazing adventure, hidden under the streets of a Silesian city, in 19th-century, original coal pits. 1100 meters is a unique, the longest underground rafting by boat in Europe.
The Queen Louise Adit in Zabrze won the title of Wonder of Poland 2025 in the National Geographic Traveler plebiscite.

une maison, plutôt une villa avec de grands espaces, un confort luxueux.
Præsentationen stod helt mål med vores oplevelse. De havde gjort rigtig meget ud af at foreslå steder, vi kunne opleve i form af mappe med billeder og kort. Mappen var delt op i hvor langt begivenheden var fra huset opgjort i timer.
Familia maravillosa en todos los sentidos, muy colaboradores en todo momento y muy amables. Tanto antes y durante el intercambio nos comuniquemos y todo salió muy bien. La casa es maravillosa, estancias muy grandes y cómodas. Un jardín precioso y en la urbanización o zona de vecindad sensacion de tranquilidad y calma que se agradece. Hemos estado encantados.
The family was lovely, the house was spotless as well as comfortable.

Barbara is a teacher, she is interested in ecology, nature, gardening, reading books.
Our sons – Paul is an IT's engineer, and Peter is a dentist and a medical doctor too, they are all expert at all of the water sports.They are good sailors and lifeguards.
