Flat in Wien (Penzing), near castle "Schönbrunn" Austria
We live in a maisonette (2 floors - 130m2) in a small block of 16 flats. On the first floor there are the hall, the living room, kitchen (+ small terrace), bathroom, toilet and a room for guests. On the second floor you can find our study, the book-case, a second toilet and a large bedroom (+14 m2 - terrace). Our house has its own garden where adults can relax and children can play. You can find all shops for your daily needs within walking-distance, including an indoor market and the underground that takes you to the centre (Stephansplatz) in 10 minutes.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Austausch, haben uns auch persönlich getroffen, einmal in Nidau, einmal in Wien. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Beschrieb, ist hell und ruhig. Die Küche war ganz neu. Läden und U-Bahn in 5-Minuten-Distanz. Ideal um diese tolle Stadt zu entdecken!

Christian and I both were both teachers and are retired now.
Christian taught economics at a business-academy and I taught French and History.
Our son, Lukas, will be 31 years old in May. He will not travel with us.
We love children, but unfortunately our apartment is no longer suitable for small .
