I have a two bedroom , 1200 sq. ft. apartment with high ceilings on the top floor of a six floor elevator apartment building. All the appliances are modern and in working condition. Very sunny, comfortable and private when traveling with children and /or another couple. My cat is no longer with me so no cat sitting is necessary.

i live in Kew Gardens, New York, very near JFK and LaGuardia airports and the US Open/Flushing Meadow Park. I am one block from the railroad which takes you to the center of NYC, Manhattan and 4 blocks away (a 7 minute walk) to the subway station which lines lead you to the major centers of Manhattan where major tourist spots of the city can be visited. The railroad also allows for connections to beautiful beaches along Long Island. Convenient to all locations yet far enough away that you can breathe some nice air. After a busy day in the heart of the city you'll enjoy coming home to a quiet and open air spot where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle and then start all over again the next day.

I am a single parent with two grown daughters. A native New Yorker , I love the city and all that it offers and I also love people who come and exchange with me to enjoy it as much as I do. I am a seasoned traveler and exchanger and I take very good care of the homes in which I have the privilege of staying when traveling away from New York.
