House in Pensacola, Florida
Our house in Pensacola is located in a quite neighborhood next to Bayou Texar. The house was built in 2017. It has a modern design and is handicap friendly. The house has two large decks, with the best views of the bayou from the second floor. The main living area is located on the second floor.The living-room, dining area and kitchen are all connected in an open concept. The master suite, with its soaking tub is located on the second floor. Two offices are located on the second floor. There is a TV in one of the offices. A second bathroom is also located on the second floor. A screened in eating area is on the second floor as well. On the first floor is a lounge area with TV, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the lounge there is a french door which opens directly to a beautiful garden with outdoor seating areas. The house has an indoor elevator which can be used if needed.
We are looking for either a non-simultaneous exchange or someone who would like to rent our house between February 12 and April 4, 2026 for a minimum of 2 weeks during that period. If it is a non-simultaneous exchange, we are interested in going to Sweden or Denmark some time during the months of June, July or August, 2026.

Pensacola is located in Northwest Florida. There a beautiful beaches, parks and recreation areas for everyone to enjoy. This includes tennis courts and basketball courts which are free for everyone to use. There are parks and recreation areas near by and it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Pensacola Beach with it's white, sandy beaches and emerald blue water.There are many excellent restaurants downtown. Several museums to spend time in on a hot summer day. The Naval Aviation Museum is world famous. The Historic Village with houses from the 19-century is downtown Pensacola. Guided tours of these old houses are available.
Quillan is a small town located in Southwest France in the foothills of the Pyrenees with lots of hiking, biking and fishing opportunities. The ara is sprinkled with old castles. The town is located an hour south of Carcasonne with its medieval town and castle. Canal de Midi runs through Carcasonne as well. There are local busses and trains. The Mediterranean is a little more than an hour away. Andorra is an easy drive. It takes about 3 1/2 hours to drive to Barcelona. Toulouse is 2 hours away.
