Emmanuelle fue muy amable y clara de principio a fin. El apartamento estaba muy cuidado y en muy buen estado, tal y como reflejaban las fotografías.
Very nice and pleasant house and garden close to Paris; nice and quiet neighborhood; metro with quick and direct connection to central Paris just 12 minutes walk away from the house.
It is a lovely apartment in one of the most interesting areas of Berlin: Prenzlauer Berg. The surroundings are full of shops, cafés, restaurants, etc., being nevertheless a quiet area. Public transportation works very well and there are stops of both metro and tram within 10 mins (or less) from the apartment. The apartment has a lot of charm: high ceilings, ample rooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Communication with Laura and Stephan was very easy and quick. We would recommend it and would repeat the experience.
Eine kleine, aber sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen Madrids, von wo aus die Stadt problemlos zu Fuss zu erkunden war. Sehr sauber, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Tauschpartnern verlief prima.

Somos una pareja de 58 y 53 años. Nuestras vacaciones principales son en agosto, pero también nos gusta hacer viajes más cortos durante el año. El apartamento de Madrid es nuestra segunda residencia, por lo que es posible flexibilidad en las fechas y planear intercambios no simultáneos.
We are a couple of 58 and 53. Our main holidays are in August, but we also like to do shorter trips throughout the year. Our apartment in Madrid is our second residence, which makes possible dates flexible and gives the chance to non simultaneaous swaps.
