We are a family with 3 children, Unai, 13 years old boy; Itxel, 9 years old girl and Koldo, 6 years old boy. I, Jose, work as a computer engineer and my wife, Bego, as a doctor.
The flat is in a quiet new neighbourhood in Bilbao (Basque Country) next to the river and a nice promenade. It is well connected by metro and bus only 10 minutes away from city center. It has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people.

Somos una familia con 3 hijos. Un niño de 13 años, Unai; una niña de 9 años, Itxel y otro niño de 6 años, Koldo. Yo, Jose, trabajo como informático y mi mujer, Bego, como médico.
El piso es de nueva construcción y está en un barrio tranquilo de Bilbao, junto a la ría y un precioso paseo marítimo. El barrio está bien conectado con metro y bus a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Tiene 3 dormitorios y dos baños con una capacidad máxima de 6 personas.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bilbao. It has several metro and bus stops within 5 minutes walking (200 meters) which you can reach Bilbao city center in 10 minutes. You can also go by walk throght the new promenade next to the river.
Neighbourhood has several supermarkets, local markets, playgrounds, bike lane, banks, shops, clinic...

La casa está en un barrio tranquilo de Bilbao, a menos de 10 minutos del centro de Bilbao en transporte público. Paradas de autobús y metro a menos de 5 minutos (200 metros). También se puede ir caminando por el nuevo paseo fluvial junto a la ría de Bilbao.
El barrio cuenta con varios supermercados, mercado municipal, parques, carril bici, bancos, tiendas, centro de salud...

It is a nice apartment in Bilbao, with a balcony for watching the sunset and lots of room for sleeping. The subway and grocery stores are nearby, and a cafe is on the ground floor of the building. It was easy to explore the whole region from the home. Jose and Bego were wonderful exchange partners. It was easy to coordinate access to their home, and they provided many suggestions on activities in Spain. They were neat and tidy in our home and left everything in great shape.
Familia amable y dispuesta a ayudar. El piso está muy bien situado y con buena comunicación.
Encantadores y la casa comodísima.
Superbe destination pour découvrir une ville moderne et accueillante. L'appartement était parfait, bien situé et très confortable. Nos hôtes étaient charmants et attentionnés. Un échange idéal.
