House: dining area with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, spacious seating area with 2 seats (to forms as sofa beds), garage inside and quiet parking outside.
Parzanica: very typical Italian mountain village in the North-Italian Lakes area, on the ' via verde '. Wonderful views at Lake Iseo: a quiet, small Lake of 27 km in length between Como and Garda. 10 minutes driving to the lake.
Colorful towns along the Lake: Sarnico, Tavernola Bergamasca, Riva di Solto, Lovere, Iseo...
Cultural centres: Milano, Bergamo, Brescia, Verona, Venezia... to reach within one or some hours.
Plan a holiday activity on or by the Lake, in the mountains or the surrounding towns: sunbathing, swimming in the lake or public swimming pools, sailing, surfing, fishing, hiking, climbing, skiing (Montecampione(winter times). Also cycling area both for mountain bike as racing bike, ...
Car is essential.
