Our home is a comfortable Victorian (1880s) 3-bed house in a quiet, tree-lined street in South-East London. It has a large modern dining kitchen, and comfortable living room with grand piano. Folding doors open out into the 20m garden, with table, chairs and a trampoline.

Central London and the South Bank are 15 mins away by train from the nearby stations (we are in Zone 2), and the city of London is visible from the garden. There are regular trains and buses all through the day and into the night, making it easy to get home from events in central London.

The area itself is peaceful and community-orientated, with two lovely parks, Nunhead cemetery (one of the famous Victorian cemeteries, now run as a nature reserve), cafes and pubs close by. Greenwich and the Horniman Museum are easy local trips. On-street parking is easy.

We have a large double bedroom, a second one which can be double/twin/single, and a room with bunk beds. There is a second WC downstairs.

We have super-fast broadband, ideal for Skype and working from home.
