Lovely child-friendly house in a green village nearby historical modern cities and lots of nature, such a lovely central place in the Netherlands
We live in a very spacious house in a childfriendly village, Vught. It is a very light and big house +/- 150m2. We live in a very green area with lots of trees and green around us. There is a lovely playground right behind us, the kids love it! There is also a basketbal field and a footballfield 2 minute walk away.
We live with the 5 of us and there is more than enough space. When we exchange houses we will be with the four of us because Merel (19 years old) prefers to go with friends.
We have 4 sleeping rooms (9 places to sleep), 1 master bed room, 2 bedrooms with a master bed as well and 1 bedroom with 3 beds in it. There is 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom and 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 chillroom and 1 extra toilet.
We also have a cat named Jip, she loves home exchanes as well because she will be cuddled a lot :))

Aeropuerto más cercano: Eindhoven Airport (EIN) - 20KM - 15 min
Vught is located in the southern of the Netherlands – a beautiful environment with green forests, the IJzerenman (little lake with beach only 15 min on a bike), nice wood (de Vughtse Hei), National Park (the Loonse en Drunense duinen which is great for hiking and mountain-biking) a river Dommel (which goes to the city), and also 's-Hertogenbosch a historical city only 15 min away by car. Theme park "de Efteling in Kaatsheuvel" is also very very nice for a day trip and only half an our away from our home.
Only 20 min away from Eindhoven airport, 50 minutes away from Utrecht and 70 min away from Amsterdam (nice for a day trip).
Our home is located in a quiet street without cars. This is very child-friendly and you see swing sets everywhere. Vught is a lovely village with beautiful nature and very good restaurants.
's-Hertogenbosch (also known as Den Bosch) is a historical and Burgundian city with the basilica Sint-Jan. It is a beautiful medieval city with a lot of nice streets, canals (you can go on a boot and explore the city), old buildings, nice shopping, lovely eating.
20 min to the other direction you will find Eindhoven (the 5th biggest city of the Netherlands), this is a very international modern city, famous for its design destrict, perfect for shopping, but also lots of sport activities as climbing, karting, bike rental, etc. or to go to the movies of theater.
Our local area is perfect for cycling and walking. There are a lot of cycle routes, taking you through gentle terrain and inspirational nature. Also walking is lovely and there are a lot of waling route which you can find easily.
Vught is a nice starting point if you want to explore the Netherlands. Of course we´ll be happy to help you plan your trip. Welcome!

Hello!
We are Matthi, Iris, Merel, Bloeme and Dee. Most of the time we travel with the 4 of us. Merel is studying and making her own travel plans with her friends.
We like adventure and like to explore new cultures and environments. We really enjoy the little things. We love to communicate with each other and we think hospitality is an important thing.
Matthi is a self-employed designer and creates international exhibition stands and interiors. He loves to listen music, loves to cook and enjoys being in nature. Iris has her own company Laserbaas and creates beautiful products with Laser engraving/cutting technology. She loves sports in every kind of way, tennis, swimming, dancing. Also like to go to the city and go out with friends.
Bloeme is 7 years old, goes to primary school and she loves playing with her friends. Dee is 4 and also goes to primary school. She is really creative and likes to draw and make unique pieces. Our children are kind, respectful and well-behaved. We would treat any exchange home with the same consideration and respect we have for our own property.
We have a cat named Jip. She is really easy and friendly. We trust you to take care of our pet - and we will happily take good care of your pets as well.
We already made a few exchanges from Germany, France, Slovenia, Iceland and Spain.
We really like to make and exchange this summer to experience this great idea of changing homes again. A big city, a small village or a beautiful rural place, we are open minded so please feel free to contact us. All offers are given consideration and we answer all messages. Estilo de vida
We live in a very central place in the Netherlands, which is great.
Vught, a lovely village, has all kind of needs. From our house you can walk easily to all first needs. Like a supermarket, a park, gas station, etc. Vught is only 15 min away from 's-Hertogenbosch city center (the first big city, very old and lovely to visit).
You have a special delicate "Bossche Bol" which you must try if you like chocolate and cream.
Vught has it's own train station and nearby we have public transport connections by bus.
Vught is around 30 min away from the nearest Airport, which is Eindhoven Airport.
Amsterdam and Schiphol airport are around an hour and also easily accessibel by train and bus.
We also have 3 adult bikes, 1 mountainbike and 4 bikes for a children. (for 10, 8, 6, 4 years old)

FR55327Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre échange avec Iris et Matthi. Sans nous connaitre au préalable, nous avons passé une excellente soirée ensemble au moment de l'échange des clés. Cela nous a permis de nous passer les consignes et de faire connaissance. La communication avec eux a était très facile, tout au long du séjour. Une fois sur place, nous avons vraiment apprécié l'espace de leur maison sur 3 niveaux, le très bon niveau d'équipement et les petits conseils de visites. A partir de Vught, nous avons alterné des ballades de proximité très sympas (à pied ou à vélo) et des visites plus lointaines (mais la plupart des sites ou villes sont à 1h/1h30 max). Une famille que nous recommandons !
