The flat is between Highgate Village and Crouch End in North London with good transport links by bus and tube to Central London. It is on the 5th floor of a modernist block designed by Colquhoun + Miller in 1980 (https://tinyurl.com/3ep4d2p9), with beautiful views up to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill. There are several lovely walking routes close to the flat, in Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods and Cemetery (where Karl Marx is buried), Hampstead Heath, and the Parkland Walk (which is an abandoned railway track connecting Finsbury Park and Highgate). There are also plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a popular independent cinema (Crouch End Arthouse).

The flat itself has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed and there is a fold out single bed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and there is a dining table with space for 4 people. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
