Quiet Parisian apartment in the heart of 14th district
Living in this 60 m², calm, overlooking a large green courtyard, 3 stations from Montparnasse. Its markets, restaurants, parks and shops are charming this lively and quiet district.
There is a bed a place in a bedroom, a 2 -seater bed in my bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
My car has just let go of me, so I'm not looking too far from a station, but I can possibly rent a car, however, you can benefit from my parking lot under the building, which is a little 'luxury' in Paris.
We have some plants that will need a benevolent hand and may be greener than mine (I'm starting!)
