The apartment is located on Playa de Gandía, in the area known as "Grau i Platja de Gandía". It is 200 meters from the beach in a straight line, in an area where all services are available, supermarket, banks, cafes, restaurants, medical services, etc.
100 meters away there is a bus stop that takes you to the city center which is 4 km away and where you can find exclusive shops, cinemas and the train station that connects you to Valencia every 30 minutes.
Our apartment is on the ground floor and has almost all the amenities you may need.
It has two bedrooms, a main one with a double bed and a smaller one where there is a fixed bed and a second bed can be added which makes it suitable for two people, preferably children.

100 meters away there is a bus stop to the city center and from there there is a train service to Valencia every 30 minutes.
To get to Gandía you can go to the airports of Valencia, 60 kms. and Alicante 100 kms., but if you choose Alicante airport you will need a car to get to Gandía because the public transport connections are not very good.

We are a couple (and our cat "Libi") who after many years of work, are now retired and we really want to have fun and get to know other countries and customs.
Our children are already independent so we have time and availability to travel. We have eight grandchildren and sometimes some of them can come with us.
We adapt in terms of the length of the stay and any place to travel although we prefer cities.
We normally travel by bicycle and public transport so we want to exchange houses that have the option of bus, metro, bicycles, etc.
