Nestled in the highly sought-after Risskov neighborhood, this 250m² residence offers a peaceful retreat while being just a 15-minute scenic bike ride along the coast from the vibrant center of Aarhus.

A Comfortable and Stylish Home
Our house is designed for both relaxation and convenience. With four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a cozy yet elegant living room, there’s plenty of space for families or groups.

Free high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Smart TVs with Netflix, Max, and more in all bedrooms except the master bedroom.
PlayStation in Ruben’s room for gaming enthusiasts. From both the living room and Caroline’s bedroom, you have direct access to a beautiful, sun-filled garden with lush plants, flowers, trees, and edible berries.
In summer, relax on the outdoor lounge sofa, where the sun shines from early afternoon until late evening—a perfect spot for unwinding after a day at the beach.

House Exchange & Rental Opportunities
During summer, we are particularly interested in home exchanges with properties by the sea, a lake, or with a private swimming pool. Outside of summer, we are open to exciting exchanges in other locations.
