Little Bird is a new home in the quiet residential area of Belicena on the western edge of Granada, Andalucia, Spain. Just a 15-minute drive from Granada airport, and a 40-minute drive from the south coast and beaches. Hop on a bus for a 30-minute ride to the centre of Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra and all that this fascinating city has to offer. Come in winter and enjoy the Sierra Nevada ski fields. Excellent hiking in two national parks! Free street parking on the doorstep.

This light and airy home sleeps 4 people. It has one large bedroom for 2 guests with an ensuite, and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy superb views of the Sierra Nevada and the Vega of Genil.. The basement garage has 2 bunk beds if the kids or the young at heart are happy to share it as a huge den with its own patio. Second toilet on ground floor.

Little Bird's solar panels supply the sub-floor heating and cooling system so the lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan. Best of all is the inground pool for those hot summer months when you need to cool off. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pizeria, Burger King a couple of minutes drive away or you can walk to cafes in the old village centre. Two bicycles (one electric) are available to explor the local tracks through the countryside.
