Our apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood (Rixdorf) right in the heart of Neukölln, one of Berlin’s most vibrant districts. It’s a very spacious flat — 162 square meters in total — with four bedrooms, a living room, a "Wintergarten” (sort of a conservatory), a large kitchen, a balcony, and two bathrooms. It would also be ideal for two families.

The apartment has plenty of “Altbau charm,” meaning it’s in a historic building from around 1890. We’ve renovated the flat extensively, but it’s not overly polished — you’ll still find some lovely old-fashioned features that give it character.

There are lots of great cafés and restaurants just around the corner, and the nearest U-Bahn station is only a 5-minute walk away. An S-Bahn station is also close by, making the location very well connected.
