Our home was built in 1914 and was the original farmhouse in our area. It has been lovingly restored, with a pool, 2 fireplaces and outdoor entertainment areas added. Santa Cruz is a famous surf and beach town with many opportunities to enjoy nature and the outdoors.

About the neighborhood
Our home is located in a suburban neighborhood on a dead-end street with quiet neighbors. There is a park next door with bocce ball courts, a skate park and children's play area and an organic farm garden at the end of the street. It is a 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to the ocean. The Boardwalk (amusement park) is three miles away. Several California State Parks featuring many miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking, with redwood trees and ocean vistas, are within 10 miles of the house.
