We live at the end of a Cul de sac on a pond with a home that is surrounded by nature and an abundance of light flooding in from every room. Large floor to ceiling windows look out to the pond where we have a resident heron, many ducks( in spring ducklings) and in the winter freezes over with ice skaters, incredibly serene and picturesque. The fully decked back yard looks out to private woods and flower gardens.
We live convenient to the Bayside and Oceanside Beaches( with light houses) a fisherman haven ( oyster too!),an abundance of wooded conservation trails including cranberry bogs. The Cape has adorable quaint “ villages” and towns to explore in every direction. We are 10 minutes from Harbor Whale watch boats, and Ferries that daily ( several times. Day year around) go to Nantucket no Martha’s Vineyard. We are literally 5 minutes to a commuter bus to Bostons Logan airport and 5 minutes from the Hyannis airport which also has communter flights to Boston and NYC.
Our home is private and a modern, bright place to relax or hang your hat after after a long day of exploring. Four new queen beds and a Murphy bed all with 3 full bathrooms.
