Lovely home in the medieval city of Roskilde
We live in a two storey flat, being a part of a community living. We have our own flat with everything, but we share a big living room with all kinds of childrens toy, workout/kettlebells, barbeque and out door areal.
You have to walk up the stairs to get in, but it is an easy walk. Our neighbours are openminded and helpful and you are never alone if you need help. Everything is within walking distance.

Over de buurt
Our home is in the urban area Musicon, close to both nature areas and a lake for swimming, as well as the Rockmuseum, local brewery and restaurants. It is 1 km from the center of Roskilde, home of the Vikings, the famous Cathedral and the Land of Legends. Within 15 min of walking distance to the train we easily reach Copenhagen (20 min) and the rest of Denmark.
This part of Denmark is wellknown for both bicycling, kayaking and hiking in the forrest. We do a lot of outactivies and can advise you on almost everything.

We love outdoor life - and city atmosphere
We are a family who loves all kinds of outdoor life - we hike, surf, scubadive and love simple living in a tent. At the same time we enjoy going to museums, hanging out in cities and absorb atmosphere and good coffe. Our children being so old they still join us as long as we can go by train! We do not have a car, as it is not necessary in our daily life and we try to live as ecofriendly as possible.
We live in a community living with common dinner most of the year, children playing in the community house and a skatepark as neighbours. We prioritize to share (thats also why we love houseexchange) and has done many home exchanges the last years. We are new to Intervac but hope to find many new favorite places around the world.
