It is situated on a fully fenced 5600 m² plot with a large garden. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Most rooms have TVs with Netflix, etc., and Wi-Fi is installed throughout the house. The entire house has central heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine and dryer are available. The large outdoor area with a garden, pool, and barbecue is a major plus and invites you to relax. The location is in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space. The villa is particularly suitable for families who value peace, privacy, and flexibility and enjoy outdoor activities. Sharing a car is possible upon separate request.

Travel-loving Family
We are a family of three with a daughter born in 2010. My wife, Patricia, a family therapist, was born in Mexico but has lived in Switzerland for 25 years. Because of this, we speak many different languages as a family and are accustomed to navigating diverse cultures. We own a large holiday villa in Spain and would like to offer it primarily for exchange purposes. We live in the Zurich area of Switzerland but spend as much time as possible in Spain. However, this is currently somewhat limited due to our daughter's compulsory schooling.
I am a lawyer and also work as a self-employed business consultant with international clients.
We enjoy traveling and are eager to experience other places and cultures.
