House with a nice garden located in a quit and beatiful area just outside Stockholm city.
Located right between the subway and commuter train station, this place is very close to the city and still very quiet and relaxing in an area with fruit trees, old houses, and almost no traffic. We have a nice garden and a outdoor room for rainy days. The house is cozy with two floors and a basement with a sauna. From the master bedroom, you have a small balcony.

About the neighborhood
The neighborhood is very idyllic, dominated by villas from the 30's. There is a lake about 2 km from the house where you can take a bath or visit one of the two café/restaurants and a forest within 1,5 km. 800 m from the house you will find Stuvsta centrum with grocery store, cafe, restaurants, a few shops and the commuter train which will take you to Stockholm city in 10 minutes. At about the same distance at the other direction you will find Hagsätra and the subway. We have three bicycles to lend out.

Retired couple outside Stockholm
We are a newly retired couple living just outside Stockholm. Our son no longer lives with us, but he might join us on the trip, depending on the season. My husband Björn is a musician and still active, playing with a couple of bands. I used to work as a software developer and now study philosophy part-time. This is our first year on Intervac, and we’re really excited to see which destinations it will take us to.
