Our home is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow. We have a piano you are welcome to play. We have a record player you are also welcome to use. Our home is in rural area but close to local town. We enjoy a quite area to live in yet have the amenities of a busy town within 10/15 mins. drive. During the summer we have a lovely vegetable garden and you will be welcome to use any the vegetables ready for use. Listed are some of the attractions that are available if you choose to visit our area and region you will be most welcome-Failte go hEireann - Welcome to Ireland. We love our home and region and hope you will too!
Our family photos go back to an exchange in Finland, a family wedding in 2015, and our granddaughter's birth in 2019. Our most recent is a picture from our daughter's wedding in 2022 - how we have changed!

Stephenstown pond is a small Wildlife Park- ideal place to take a stroll. It has a lovely coffee shop and a play area for children.

Lovely bungalow in a peaceful location. Was exactly as per the description. Well equipped.
Yndislegasta fólk, frábært hús, með fallegum garði og allt til alls. Skemmtileg staðsetning, úti í sveit en stutt inn í borg.
The house was very neat and clean. We found a lot of documents about the area. They gave us two coffee mugs as a welcome and as a gift. Colm and Jackie are very friendly and helped us in an exemplary manner when we had an accident.

The Minnock Family
We had many good years of exchanging homes when the children were much younger and as they are grown and leading lives of their own we are continuing to exchange homes and still enjoy it very much.
We have now completed in the region of 19 exchanges over a 20 year period. We did take some years out when the children were at University and they would come home for summer holidays.
We enjoy travelling and seeing new countries and, at times, returning to revisit some countries again.
