Salou, Spain

We are open to offers in an European country or in Spain.
Our apartment is a condominium with a large communal garden, it´s in the second floor, without elevator. There are two bedrooms, independent kitchen completely equipped, one bathroom and a dining-living room, a balcony to the garden. It´s small (60m2) but it is ideal for children, the beach is three minutes by foot and the garden is a great place to relax or the children can play. Supermarket and another suplies are around,
Weather in Salou is sunny and warm. You can enjoy at the beach, go to Portaventura Park, or visit interesting places around. Bus station and train station are very close. You can check at the map. it is very easy to travel to Barcelona or Tarragona by train or coach. If you come by car, private parking is available.

Apartamento de 60 m2, dos habitaciones, comedor-sala de estar, terraza, cocina independiente y un baño. Dispone de parking. Amplio jardín común, muy tranquilo e ideal para los niños. A tres minutos de la playa. Salou es un destino turístico de vacaciones familiares, junto a parque de Portaventura y a una hora de Barcelona.
