Family house close to the seaside in Brittany.
Our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is located in Saint Brieuc and it only takes a five minute's drive to the city center and a ten minute's drive to the beaches (Les Rosaires, Martin Plage ). It is ideal if you want to travel to the many tourist attractions in the area. Saint Malo is about an hour's drive from Saint Brieuc and the Mont Saint Michel is an hour and a half, Dinan (40 minutes), Paimpol + isle of Bréhat ( 35 minutes), Ploumanach ( 1 hour), Rennes (50 minutes), Quimper (1 hour and a half).We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is wifi of course! Our car is a Hybrid Renault Austral (5 seats).

About the neighborhood
We live in a quiet neighbourhood which is very close to the city center. There is a market every wednesday and every Saturday in the city center. You can find many restaurants and take aways as well as pubs in Saint Brieuc. Children can have fun in the Bois boissel Parc, at Aquabay (a big swimming pool with slides) or on the various beaches around. You can also enjoy an afternoon at the zoo at Tregomeur. You can walk along the coast, have a pint of beer or a glass of wine and taste our famous crepes in Binic. If you like music, there are free concerts in saint Brieuc in Summer.

Lovely and comfy apartment with a patio which is a real plus in a city. We enjoyed the location with shops and transports nearby and our hosts were easy to communicate with and gave us tips during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona in Antoni and Anna's flat. Antony and Anna were really welcoming and flexible. The flat is well located and very comfortable. The patio is a real plus.
