Delightful home near Denver
Beautifully decorated home located in a safe and secure community, 20 minutes north of Denver, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Our neighborhood includes 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, and a public golf course for your use.
Our home has a large main bedroom with a king size bed with a private bathroom and a balcony. The second bedroom has a futon bed that can sleep 2. The third bedroom can sleep one. We have a nicely landscaped yard with patio for outdoor dining and a gas grill.
30 minute drive to downtown Denver. If you enjoy nature and hiking, we are close to the mountains. Rocky Mountain Park is one hour away with many beautiful hikes with lakes and mountain meadows. Vail is a 2 hour drive and Aspen is 3 hours - these are both picturesque and charming mountain towns. You can visit the mountains for a day trip and hike or an overnight trip.

About the neighborhood
We live in a community built around a golf course, with 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis court, 3 pickle ball courts. There is a variety of restaurants within the community - such as Mexican, Sushi, sports bar, hamburgers and a coffee shop. There is a huge supermarket 4 minutes from my house. Our development is 30 minutes from DIA and 30 minutes from downtown Denver and one hour from the mountains.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Jane and her son Jeremy. It was a pleasure to have them as guests in my home. They are cheerful, thoughtful, creative, and kind, and both of them radiate joy and a zest for life. When we met for the very first time, I felt like I was reconnecting with friends I hadn't seen in years. They adapted easily and without complaint to the construction going on in the building and were exceedingly considerate of my neighbors. They took excellent care of my home -- when I returned, it looked precisely as I had left it. I recommend them as home exchange partners without hesitation and would welcome them back any time.
This exchange was better than expected. The host was the nicest, kindest and most considerate exchange partner I have ever worked with. She went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Her apartment was immaculate. The location was perfect - near Chinatown, Knob Hill and Fisherman's Wharf. Cable cars ran right in front of her place - which was absolutely delightful. I could not recommend it enough. One of our best vacations ever!!!
This exchange could not have gone better for us-- Jane is a wonderful host. She is thoughtful and communicative. All our needs were anticipated and she even provided great information about the area to ensure we had the best experience of Colorado. Her home is simply lovely. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. She arranged our pool passes and all went very smoothly. There is plenty to do in her immediate area (swimming, tennis, golfing) and her home is conveniently located for shopping as well. Naturally, we spent a great deal of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park which was nearby and it was nice to be able to take a picnic lunch (especially traveling with children)-- Something that would be much more complicated if we had stayed in a hotel, for example. Also, we very much appreciated Jane's recommendations for attractions and hikes. A beautiful hike in Boulder was one of her excellent suggestions. We felt very much at home and very welcome. The pictures on her page are accurate and I might even say they don't completely do her home justice! I would highly recommend Jane as an exchange partner.
Aileen was great to work with - prompt with replies and very kind. Their home was very cute and clean - as shown in their photos. Their village was very cute and picturesque and it was easy to get to downtown New York on the train from their local train station. I had a fantastic experience visiting New York and staying in their home.
