Walk to shops, excellent restaurants, boutiques, train station-- or take a stroll to the pictures at the 1930's cinema. The area is leafy, with great walking and bike paths and is also just a 20-25 minute train journey to Grand Central Station in Mid-town Manhattan.

This exchange could not have gone better for us-- Jane is a wonderful host. She is thoughtful and communicative. All our needs were anticipated and she even provided great information about the area to ensure we had the best experience of Colorado. Her home is simply lovely. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. She arranged our pool passes and all went very smoothly. There is plenty to do in her immediate area (swimming, tennis, golfing) and her home is conveniently located for shopping as well. Naturally, we spent a great deal of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park which was nearby and it was nice to be able to take a picnic lunch (especially traveling with children)-- Something that would be much more complicated if we had stayed in a hotel, for example. Also, we very much appreciated Jane's recommendations for attractions and hikes. A beautiful hike in Boulder was one of her excellent suggestions. We felt very much at home and very welcome. The pictures on her page are accurate and I might even say they don't completely do her home justice! I would highly recommend Jane as an exchange partner.
Aileen was great to work with - prompt with replies and very kind. Their home was very cute and clean - as shown in their photos. Their village was very cute and picturesque and it was easy to get to downtown New York on the train from their local train station. I had a fantastic experience visiting New York and staying in their home.
Exchange went smoothly and our needs were anticipated and met very well. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. We were very happy with their home and would definitely recommend them for anyone interested in exchanging with them.
Ha sido un intercambio muy bueno. Nos hemos comunicado en todo lo necesario para que la estancia vaya bien. La casa es preciosa y tranquila. Con vecinos agradables. Hemos estado muy agusto. El tren para ir al centro de New York está en 5 min andando, muy bien comunicado. El pueblo está genial con sus restaurantes y tiendas, como se ve en las películas. Todo salió muy bien, según lo planeado.
