Appartamento in zona residenziale non lontano dalla Riviera Romagnola
La nostra casa si trova a Forlì, una piccola città vicina alla Riviera Romagnola (Mare Adriatico), molto tranquilla e a misura d'uomo. Nei dintorni ci sono spiagge, colline, monti e piccole città caratteristiche, ma si possono raggiungere facilmente Firenze, Bologna, Assisi, Venezia e molte altre città d'arte del centro-nord Italia.
L'appartamento, interamente ristrutturato nel 2017, fa parte di una casa bifamiliare con un grande giardino in comune. E' molto luminoso, ha una grande cucina e una sala da pranzo spaziosa e accogliente. Le camere da letto sono tre: una matrimoniale, una cameretta per bambini con 3 letti, e un'altra piccola stanza che di solito non lasciamo a disposizione degli ospiti ma che si potrebbe organizzare in caso di necessità. In sala c'è anche un divano letto a due piazze, più un altro divano a 3 posti che potrebbe fungere da letto per qualche notte.
Sono presenti tre balconi. Il giardino è al piano terra, e ad esso si può accedere dal cancello principale, pedonale o carrabile, e dal garage di proprietà in cui è presente un'altra cucina completa e attrezzata per poter mangiare comodamente anche in giardino. Tavola e sedie disponibili e a portata di mano.
Posto auto interno e parcheggio auto vicinissimo.
Our house is in Forlì, a small, calm and friendly town near Riviera Romagnola (Adriatic Sea). The surroundings offer beaches, hills, mountains and a number of small typical italian villages, as well as famous artistic cities such as Florence, Bologna, Assisi or Venice - and many others - very easy to get by car or public transport.
We live in a renewed flat (last renewing 2017) in a semi-detached house with a big garden. The flat is full of light, has a big kitchen and a cosy living room; there are two bedrooms (main and kids'), but it can host up to eight people. There are also three balconies.
The garden is at the ground floor, accessible from the main gate or from the garage, where another complete kitchen is available if you want to eat in the garden.
Private parking available, public parking very close to the house.

La casa si trova nella prima periferia della città, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro storico, in un'area tranquilla ma ben servita da negozi, uffici e mezzi pubblici. La città è piccola ed è molto facile visitarla in bicicletta (offriamo 3 biciclette).
L'appartamento si trova in direzione del mare ed è vicinissimo all'ingresso dell'Autostrada.
Our house is in a residential area in the suburbs of the town, but it's very close to the city centre (5 minutes by car). It's a green and calm area, there are three supermarkets you can get on foot, and public transport is also easily available. The town is so small that can be visited comfortably by bike (we offer 3 bicycles).
The surroundings offer beaches, hills, mountains and a number of small typical italian villages, as well as famous artistic cities such as Florence, Bologna, Assisi or Venice - and many others - very easy to get by car or public transport. The motorway access is also close (5 minutes by car).

Tove and family have been really welcoming and done all hey could to offer a cozy stay. Nyborg is a nice town, shops are at hand and you can go everywhere by bike. We definitely recommend exchanging with this family!
We had a wonderful time in Forli and we enjoyed exploring the area. We loved staying in the beautiful and cozy family home. Communication was great and we even had help planning our trips in the area. We can highly recommend going to Forli!

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone: due genitori e due ragazzi di 14 e 12 anni. Vivono inoltre con noi due gatte che restano sempre in casa perché sono molto paurose. Normalmente quando viaggiamo amici o vicini si occupano di loro, ma ci farebbe piacere se i nostri ospiti se ne prendessero cura personalmente.
Mio marito e io siamo insegnanti in scuole superiori del territorio. Ci piace particolarmente riunirci con gli amici per mangiare e bere insieme, quindi la nostra casa è attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per cucinare una bella cenetta o fare un bel barbecue in giardino, e abbiamo organizzato gli spazi e i mobili in modo da poter avere sempre una grande tavola e tante sedie.
We are a four-people family: two parents and two kids aged 14 and 12. Two cats also live with us; they always stay in the flat for trey're very shy and fearful. Usually some friends or neighbors take care of them when we're away, but we would be pleased if our exchanging hosts could deal with it.
My husband and I are teachers in high schools in town. We like meeting our friends to eat and drink together, so our place is equipped with what can be useful to cook a nice dinner or barbecue in the garden , everything is organized as to easily spend time in good company, with a big table and may chairs in the flat and in the garden.
