Sunny side apartment in Prague
Prague is a popular destination all year round! Our apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood benefiting from south facing panoramic views, still close to the Prague's historic centre. It is a two-storey flat at a top of for-storey apartment house from 70´s with an elevator. The flat is recently renovated with a lofty upper floor including living room with balcony, fireplace, dinning area, kitchen, bathroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a total sleeping capacity of 4 beds - double and single bedroom plus bunk bed in living room. We have a free internet access. You can reach most of memorable Prague's places very easily by public transport. There are two bus stops within 10 min walking distance, which will take you to the city centre and also to/from airport. Or you can just take a walk, a fabulous Petrin Hill with a popular vernacular and breathtaking views of Prague Castle and historic centre is 20min walk from our place. A free car park can be provided as well.
I am retired teacher living single. My adult son lives nearby and is available for any help needed while you are visiting.

Mi apartemento está situado cerca del Castillo de Praga en un barrio muy tranquilo. Se encuentra 5 minutos de la estación de bus (191), cuál tiene terminal en el Aeropuerto, pasa por mi casa y sigue a la cercanía del cetro. Es posible coger el centro a pie o bajar con un teleférico, es una parte de transporte público, que total trabaja bastante bien.
Está en dos más altos pisos de un edificio de 4 pisos. Hay un ascensor. El apartamento es muy moderno, renovado antes de 5 aňos. Hay 2 dormitorios bajo de los escalones, arriba hay una entrada, una sala de estar, comunicada con una cocina, un comedor y al otro lado con un balcón dirigido al sur. En un dormitorios hay una cama de matrimonio,en otro un sofá cama de 140 cm, en la sala también hay un sofá cama; los dos pisos tienen servicios corrientes.
Vivo sola, soy profesora jubilada. Mi hijo adulto vive con su familia muy cerca de aquí y está dispuesto ajudarles solucionar algún problema durante de su visita.
No debe de ser el intercambio al mismo tiempo.

Lovely family, friendly cozy home, bus stop in front of the house
Piso de dos plantas, muy adaptado a la vida de la dueña, señora retirada, pero con todas las comodidades e impecablemente limpio. Se encuentra algo alejado del centro turístico, pero las comunicaciones son buenas (muy buena opción recurrir al transporte en taxi. Las compañías de taxis tipo Bolt resultan económicas si te desplazas en familia). La familia educada, atenta y respectuosa. Todo bien.

When making exchanges, I mostly travel with some of my family members. Especially with my daughter Markéta (1972) and her husband Michal (1973) who are architects. Their daughter Sara (2006) adores swimming and Beach volleyball, Bela (2009) love to draw and play the piano. They already made 3 exchanges with their dear friends through Intervac.

A mis viajes me acompañan miembros de la familia de mi hija – mi hija Markéta(1972) y su esposo Michal(1973) son arquitectos. Sus hijas Sara (2006) le gusta natación y voleibol de playa, Bela(2009) toca piano y le gusta pintar.
