Quiet district, closed garden(600m2) with trees, barbecue. 3 bedrooms with 1 single bed 90x190, 2 double beds 2x160x200, the living-room and dinner-room are sunny. We have solar water heater combined with wood-fire boiler and electric system, wooden terrace of 15m².
An extension of 43m2, all wooden, for 2-3 people, allows non-simultaneous exchanges from June to August. We can rent it during summer and we are 2 hours by train or car to Paris !
