Our house is located in St Andrews.  It is a detached 2-storey building situated on a corner site in a quiet residential area close to the Botanic Gardens.  The Town Centre and golf courses  are within 15 minutes walking distance.
There is a large secluded garden to the front and rear, mostly in lawn and mature fruit trees.  There are paved patios to front and rear.

St Andrews is situated in the picturesque corner of North-east Fife. It has a castle, a cathedral, an attractive harbour and two beautiful beaches. It is the renowned 'Home of Golf' with seven courses in the town and many others within a radius of 20 miles. There are many small fishing villages and small inland hamlets nearby.

Edinburgh is one hour to the south and Dundee 20 minutes to the north. There are good public transport connections by bus and rail. The Grampian mountains are one hour to the north.

We are both retired and are available for exchanges for most of the year.

We are both very active and enjoy hillwalking, skiing and golf. We also enjoy city breaks and holidays in the sun.
